- “Welcome Happy Hour” - Wednesday, November 9
Starting at 7:00pm to 11:00pm
Meet at the WaterPark – hotel pool side area in the sectioned off location
Open premium bar and hot hors d’ oeuvres will be served
- Wedding – November 11 at Megan’s Bay Beach
Ceremony @ 4:30pm
Meet in hotel lobby, no later than 4:00pm to get on the shuttle bus. Please be prompt as the shuttle will leave at 4:15p sharp.
Reception – 6:00p-10:00pm at Villa Botanica
Shuttle bus will transport you from the wedding site to the reception site. Please do not wander off after the wedding as you might miss the shuttle bus, wait for instructions 
Shuttle bus will transport people from the reception site back to the hotel.
Full open bar, white and red wine, champagne.
Hors d’ oeuvres will be served during the first hour
5 course meal and wedding cake.
- Bon Voyage breakfast - Saturday, November 12
Starting at 10:30am to 12:00n
Meet at the Ocean Club Terrace
Full breakfast will be served (Bloody Mary’s, fruit, assorted Danish, oatmeal with brown sugar and walnuts, scrambled eggs with spinach, banana griddle pancakes with island rum sauce, bacon, sausage, baked ham and potatoes)

Most of the days will be left open for you to enjoy your vacation and time on the island. We will most likely schedule optional tours for those of you that want to explore the island with the group.
